Poised generates LinkedIn content for you and, once you approve it, publishes it to your own LinkedIn profile through LinkedIn's official API.
You need a LinkedIn account to use Poised, and you must have the right to post to the profile you connect. You are responsible for everything published from your account.
We keep the draft we generated alongside the version you edited, and use the difference to learn how you want to sound. This stays inside your own account: it is not shown to other users, not pooled, and not used to train any third-party model. Industry benchmarks are separate, opt-in, and share only anonymised ratios — the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is and is not included.
Nothing is published without your approval. You own the content generated for you and are responsible for it once published — including its accuracy. Generated drafts may contain invented details or placeholder figures; check anything factual before approving it.
New accounts start on a 7-day trial with 40 generations. There is no free tier: every generation costs us money to run, and we would rather charge honestly than subsidise it. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
After the trial there is one plan, billed monthly or annually. It includes a monthly allowance of generations, which resets each month and does not roll over. You may instead supply your own AI provider key, in which case generation is unlimited here and billed to you by that provider.
If your trial ends or a payment fails, generating and publishing stop — but nothing is deleted. Your posts, strategy, uploads and history stay exactly where they are, and resume when you subscribe.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We may change plan pricing or allowances, but never mid-term: an existing subscription keeps its price and allowance until the end of the period you have paid for, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before a change takes effect at renewal.
If we ever discontinue the service we will give at least 60 days' notice, stop charging immediately, and provide a full export of your content.
Codes we issue grant the plan stated on them. Each code is single-use, non-transferable, and has no cash value.
If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
We depend on LinkedIn and on AI providers. If LinkedIn changes or restricts its API, some features may stop working. We'll tell you if that happens, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service and the service is provided "as is".
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or the performance of any post.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
